More Than Just Baseball
TX Smashers uses baseball as the platform, but the internship experience goes beyond drills and games. Interns are exposed to the standards, communication, preparation, accountability, and leadership needed to support a youth sports organization.
Our goal is to help interns grow while also giving players more positive role models, more individual attention, and a stronger development environment.
